WHY TEACHERS ARE HIDDEN BEHIND THE SCENES?

     Now result times are going on and you all must have seen that big -big banners, posters of many coaching institutes are advertised. In those poster many smiling face with thier marks and achievements are written in nice font and colour. 


      Well I appreciate that the coaching institutes are making people to know about their hard work that they have done on those students who have performed brilliantly. But don't you think that the one who had made his life devoted to your success, the one who had guided you to your goal has been left behind the scenes.

        People always remember the coaching institutes by the number of students that had been selected but no one do remember the name that made it possible. All banners have faces of students but what about the face that made it eligible to come there.
         Why always rank of a coaching institute is decided on the basis of number of students that had been selected? Why don't they get ranks on the basis of quality of teachers?
         Let all of us come together and make a system that with the photo of students the photo of his mentor should be there on the posters. Teacher must get thier place on the advertisement banners. The must get ranks on the basis of the number of selections they have given.

Hi guys this is my first blog. So if I make any mistake please forgive me and try to correct me.          Many times it happens that anyone fall on the road and gets hurt. We feel like that we should help but a little hesitance comes to us. Whether to help or not ? A question mark comes. But the answer comes immediately as soon as we see or think about our loved once. People please don't hesitate to help because the other one who will fall may be the one who you love.           Failure a bad feeling for those who fear to fail but a motivational push to those who dare to fight and achieve success.
